Use the checklist below as the brief itself. Copy it into an email to [email protected], fill in each line for your order, and send it. That email is the inquiry route for a real order .
Brief builder
Scene: yoga, gym training, team training, or a named split. Garments: list each garment on its own line. Construction: seamless or cut-and-sew, per garment. Colours and sizes: list the palette, assign colours to garments, and state the full size run and the size to be sampled first. Logo: method, size and placement per colour, with artwork attached to the email.
Quantity and date: share the quantity band you are planning and the date goods are needed by, and ask the supplier to confirm MOQ and lead time for that exact brief. Labelling: list inside labels, care labels, hang tags and packaging if the order is for resale or a private label. Team notes: add names or numbers now if they are needed.
After you send the brief
Ask the supplier to confirm the brief line by line, and to name any line that needs new development, extra artwork or a different timeline. That confirmation is the point at which an inquiry becomes a sampling plan, and it should arrive before a sample is made, not after.
If your order needs certificate documents, name the styles they must cover in the same email, and ask for the current documents for those styles. Certificates available upon request.
