The official site's seamless direction for men and women sits behind this page, together with the custom sportswear direction for men and women. Seamless manufacturing here is a production service for a buyer's brief, not a claim about a single garment's measurements or a single factory location.
Manufacturing a seamless range
A seamless range is manufactured garment by garment, even when it is sold as a set. Tops, leggings and shorts each need their own knitting, fit and colour notes, and each needs its own sample check. A seamless range brief that lists only a set quantity will be sampled in the wrong combinations, because the supplier cannot tell how the set quantity splits across garments.
For each seamless garment, state the scene, the colours and sizes, and whether decorative details are knitted in or added afterwards. Those three notes, repeated per garment, are the core of a seamless manufacturing brief, and they prevent most sampling errors.
Seamless manufacturing and seamless categories
Category pages describe seamless leggings, seamless gym wear and seamless sets. This manufacturing page describes how those categories are produced to a brief. Use the category pages to choose garments, and use this page to confirm production for the chosen range.
Ask the supplier to confirm, for each seamless line, whether it can be sampled on an existing style or needs new knitting development. That confirmation separates a quick sampling order from a development order, and it is the most important manufacturing question on this page.
