Private label activewear manufacturer

Private label activewear manufacturer for your brand

Private label means the garments carry the buyer's brand, not the manufacturer's brand. A private-label brief therefore needs two plans: a garment plan and a label plan. The garment plan covers styles, colours, sizes and construction. The label plan covers inside labels, tags, packaging and any approval step before production.

The official site lists Activewear Fitness & Yoga as one of its categories, including custom sportswear for men and women and seamless styles for men and women.

Seamless knit-loop ribbon: a construction motif drawn in code, not a product photograph and not a measurement.

This page is the private-label manufacturing page for yoga and seamless activewear. It does not claim any third-party brand as the buyer's own brand, and it does not present any watermarked style photo as a private-label product photograph. Brand relationship questions must be confirmed in the brief, not assumed from a photo.

Label plan for a private-label order

List every label and tag the buyer expects: inside neck or waist label, care label, hang tag, and any brand packaging. State whether each item is supplied by the buyer or made to the buyer's artwork, and whether it needs approval before production. A private-label sample without approved labels is only a garment sample, not a brand sample, and it cannot prove the final product.

Logo placement for private label also needs care. A brand logo on a garment and a brand label inside a garment are different items, and both need size, placement and artwork notes. Put both in the first brief, so the sample can be checked as a brand product, not only as a garment.

Private label and custom production

Private label and custom production are often ordered together, and the custom pages should be read alongside this page. Custom pages cover how garments are made to specification. This page covers whose brand they carry and how that brand is presented on labels, tags and packaging.

For a first private-label order, ask the supplier to confirm which styles can carry a private label without new development, and which need a label or packaging development step. That confirmation separates a quick private-label sampling order from a development order, and it prevents a buyer from assuming every style is equally ready for a brand launch.
