Planning a wholesale hoodie order
Split the wholesale quantity by size and by colour in the first brief. A total quantity without a split cannot be sampled or planned, because the supplier cannot tell whether the order is one colour in many sizes or many colours in few sizes. A split also shows whether any colour or size is too small to sample on its own, so it can be adjusted early.
For retail wholesale, add a note about labelling and packaging for resale. For team wholesale, add names or numbers if they are needed. Both notes change the order plan, and both belong in the first brief.
